After finishing her MA program, Missy turned to the creative side of advertising. She started as a junior copywriter at the age of 20 and quickly rose to become an associate creative director. She has worked for four agencies in nine years, experiencing both multinational and local advertising angles and developing a diverse portfolio in the process. She has worked across a number of communication platforms and handled a wide variety of brands from luxury to beauty, fast food, NGOs, fashion, and telecoms. After her MBA, Missy’s goal is to use marketing communications as a tool to create social change.
